1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer shipping across the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped through Printify's network of partners. Shipping times typically range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the product(s) ordered.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of your order. You can view the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are made-to-order, this processing time includes the production time required by our printing partners to prepare your items for shipment.

4. Shipping Methods

Printify offers various shipping methods depending on the product and your location. Shipping will be handled through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially during peak seasons like holidays.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking may take a few hours to update once your package is in transit.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue. Make sure to provide order details and any relevant photos of the damaged product.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please ensure that your address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

9. Expedited Shipping

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with the standard timelines.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
